We, BD KOREA, are specialized in manufacturing

of Electric Bases & Hydraulic pumps for Styling

chairs, Barber chairs & Shampoo chairs in Korea

established in 1987.

Established in 1987, BD KOREA is a manufacturer to produce hydraulic pump and electric base used for

chairs and medical equipment. BD KOREA is leading domestic and international market with continuous

investment in R&D and development of new products since establishment.

BD KOREA as a manufacturer to develop and produce the core component of the chairs, Electric base,

developed Electric Back Wash Unit for the first time in Korea with technical skill and recognized product

quality. After the development, it created a new back wash culture. “Beauche” Electric Back Wash Unit offers

optimal working environment and efficiency to hairdressers, and it is also designed for customers to enjoy

shampoo with a comfortable position. It has a refined and excellent seat and is made of durable materials,

so it is perfectly fitted for any kind of interior and also makes shampoo room luxurious.

necessary. So, RUBINO to satisfy this needs is all purpose chairs for shampoo, head spa

and skin care as well as pedicure and massage.

The isolated area allows an easy & efficient work condition in hair treatment, and it is

Seat rotates left and right maximizing efficiency of the space, and is used for varied

Harmony is an Electric Backwash Unit, which is developed for the first time in Korea, to provide fresh environment for shampoo to customers solving inconvenience problem with existing normal shampoo chair. As a professional manufacturer of hydraulic pumps and electric bases, we have developed semi-permanent anti-rotation

lock system and all pumps are equipped with it.

Each components of hydraulic pump play an important role in chair’s durability and convenience, so they are managed by

special processing like heat treatment, polishing, and plating process with special materials to strengthen durability.
