1. TCD Homes 3133 Seafarer Way, Suamico 54173Basement Remodel —TCD Homes remodeled an existing finished lower level and also added finished space. Our goal was to end up with a more functional area for entertaining and to create necessary extra guest space. The existing sitting area was rearranged to accommodate flow from a new entry into the room and a bar and booth area was added. Details of stained glazed cabinetry, reclaimed brick, wood columns, and a new TV surround sound system are part of the constructed enhancement. A pool table room with tray ceiling and brick accents was added, as well as a bedroom that was finished with a new egress window. The bath was moved and made into a full bath with a tile shower and urinal.

2. Custom Kreations, Inc.2381 St. Pat’s Drive, Suamico 54313Whole House Remodel — This home was completely remodeled along with two additions to the old existing home. Includes a new basement area and three-stall attached garage with bonus area. This home now features 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths including a large master bath with a walk-in tile shower. This remodeled home, including the additions, are a seamless transition of old to new.

J&J Builders of Northeast WI, Inc.1864 Sylvan Drive, Pittsfield 54313Kitchen and Dining Room Remodel — For years, the owners desired more natural light and openness throughout their kitchen and dining area. J&J Builders blended the efforts of their construction team with their cabinet division to present some ideas and options. The focus was to accomplish the customer’s goals while blending in with the existing decor of this 33-year-old home. The decision was to blow open a dividing wall, bring in

We invite you to come and see the large centered island along with the accessibility features selected by the owner. Cultured stone was also added to the home exterior for enhanced curb appeal.

7. Steven Kassner Construction, Inc.W788 Fish Creek Road, De Pere 54115Kitchen/Dinette Remodel — The homeowner wanted to create a new kitchen from a small

fresh paint with earth tone colors, install warm colored hickory flooring and cap it off with a new set of birch cabinets and granite countertops.

Barron Building & Contracting2765 Klee Street, Green Bay 54313Garage to Entertainment Area Transition — Barron Building & Contracting converted a 400 sq. ft. former garage area into a warm and inviting entertainment center. The center is brought to life with new wood flooring, plastered and painted walls and ceiling, custom trim, and custom cabinets and countertops. The existing foyer and sunroom, remodeled with new tile floors, plastered and painted walls and ceilings, and custom trim, enlarge and enhance the entertainment center through spacious arched openings. Finally, the bathroom was updated with new tile floors,

custom casework and new fixtures.

5. Steven Kassner Construction, Inc.1348 S. Sedona Circle, Hobart 54155Finished Lower Level — The homeowners requested a finished lower level of a newer home in the Thornberry Creek Golf Course community. The project features a closed stairwell with rail, completed family room, built-in bookcase, new bar for social gatherings, game room, full bath and a guest bedroom. Abundant light and windows make this a great addition for family and activities.

conventional kitchen space. Steven Kassner Construction removed all the cabinets to create space for an oversized center island, desk area, bar area and walk-in pantry. The kitchen area has staggered height cabinets, tile back splash, hardwood floors, new windows, granite countertops, a wood hood and new decorative lighting. The formal dining room was also renovated.

8. Puyleart Bros. Construction, LLC2811 Otto Court, Ashwaubenon 54313Master Bedroom Remodel — This split level home received a master bedroom makeover, along with some updates on the main level of the home making it a more friendly space for entertaining. We took two bedrooms in this home along with the main bathroom space, and made it into a master bedroom suite. With some clever design ideas we were able to make the master bedroom bigger with a walk-in closet, while at the same time making the bathroom larger. We also moved a few things around and upgraded the flooring in the main level to make the space feel larger and more inviting.

9. Steven Kassner Construction, Inc.1446 Lindale Lane, Ashwaubenon 54313Kitchen, Dinette Expansion and Renovated Living Room — The homeowners requested an addition to the back of their 1980s split level home. The existing kitchen/dinette area was very small. Steven Kassner Construction added on a 10’ x 22.5’ addition that allowed for a spacious new kitchen with center granite island, pantry, and abundant counter and storage space. The project also features new flooring in entire area, plus new hardwood in the living room. In addition, the new stair and rail system lead to an overall revitalized feel.

10. PortSide Builders, Inc. 543041244 Blue Ridge Drive, AshwaubenonKitchen Remodel and Sunroom Addition — From our first meeting at the Tour of Remodeled Homes in 2011, our homeowners knew that they would like to improve their kitchen and add a sunroom. Combining their ideas with the professional guidance of PortSide’s custom remodeling designers, the end result was a newly improved home. Features include: A redesigned floor plan,

custom kitchen cabinetry, an island with snack counter, granite countertops, a 14’x 22’ sunroom addition and additional basement storage space.

11. Thompson Homes, Inc.1987 Kettle Creek Drive, BellevueBasement Remodel — The mission of our 2012 remodel project was to take our owner’s unfinished basement space and create an English Pub getaway. At one end of the room is an old fashioned bar area to replicate a European bar. We used brick accents and detailed woodworking on the bar to coordinate with a brick wall and additional bar rail for the billiard area. At the other end is an ornate cast iron wood stove accentuated by the same brick. The tray ceiling over the billiard table is detailed with tin and crown molding. A reclaimed stained glass window highlights the back wall of the billiard space. Finishing off the lower lever is a guest bedroom and bath.

has been transformed to create a variety of areas for family enjoyment including a recreation area, game area, playroom, fitness room, walk-up refreshment center, and full bathroom. The recreation area offers a sleek, contemporary electric fireplace, home theatre system, and convenient wet bar featuring maple cabinetry, a wine cabinet and tiled backsplash. A spa-like, walk-in tiled shower is featured in the bathroom while several egress windows help to keep things bright.
