– BCC ASAP finalist – for Excelencia Award(programs recognized as most effective in increasing Latino student success).

Enrollment and retention targets met during the first year of expansion. The City and CUNY Central have been quite supportive in meeting the needs of the expansion. As a result of last years efforts, ASAP was nominated as a finalist for the Excelenia Award occurring in Washington, D.C. in October.

60th Anniversary - Kicked off in April with various activities on campus. Will culminate with Gala on Wed. October 25th. As part of the 60th Anniversary Celebrations we will be inducting 5 BCC Alumni as distinguished Alumni (VP Bayardelle will be discussing this in depth). Website Rebranding - We are in the migration process for the website. Thank you Roni and Loic and the rebranding team.
