Screen resolutionWhether you are using your desktop or iPad, if you zoom in more or less than 100% you will no longer be able to see the bid buttons. We recommend you set your resolution to 100% at all times.

Browser

We recommend using Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. For a full list of supported browsers please visit www.bca.co.uk/liveonline

Software Please ensure you keep your Adobe Reader up to date at all times.

Please ensure you keep your Flash Player up to date at all times. If it is out of date you will no longer be able to see the play button on the TV screen.

Video and soundTo the right of the bidding buttons you will see a video screen with a play button and a sound button. When you click on these buttons you will be able to see the vehicles live in the auction hall and hear the auctioneer.

Four screensIf you already have one sale active but another sale is due to start shortly you can (if you only have one screen) minimise the window above, which will then return you to the catalogue selection screen. You can then select another 3 sales that are in progress. However you must ensure the window that you currently are not using has the sound muted so you do not encounter any interference with the auctioneer from both sales.
