Stroke Clinics are this week! If you would like your swimmer to receive extra coaching and practice on a particular stroke, go to the BBST website, sign in, and sign them up under the Events tab at the bottom of the home page. The cost is $10 per stroke, and only a small amount of swimmers will be allowed each day.
Monday, 19 May – Freestyle & Backstroke Tuesday, 20 May – Butterfly Wednesday, 21 May – Breaststroke Thursday, 23 May – Starts & Turns
Cash or checks will be accepted. The clinics run from 7:00-‐7:45 p.m. on each day.
AWAY Swim Meet against the Kings River Kingfish – Be ready to swim and warm-‐up by 7:30 a.m.!

WOW! Bears, you really blew those Flying Fish out
of the water! Great job! We will get back to work this week in practice trying to get better and faster! There still seem to be some people that did not know where they were supposed to be for their freestyle relays at the end of the meet. We had our relay board behind our tent, but I saw very few people actually come and check it. Please remember to check the board, as MOST of our relays did change this past weekend. Don't forget we have stroke clinics this week for people that want some extra help. Payment must be turned in before your swimmer can attend the clinic. Let's get ready to beat those Kingfish!!! Branch pool.

meet is not allowed EXCEPT for those who display the correct
Parking Pass and for the handicapped.

Meet Warm-Up Times
Home Meets – 7:00 a.m. Away Meets – 7:30 a.m.
Please be there ON TIME and READY TO SWIM! On time means be on deck in swimsuit, cap, and goggles no
less than 15 minutes before warm-ups begin.
Also, make sure that you circle your swimmer on the roster. If they are not marked by 7:30 a.m., they will be removed
from all events.
If you are volunteering at that meet, you must sign yourself in. If you don’t, you will not be given credit for your time.
How to Sign Up to Receive BBST Text Msgs If you would like to receive text messages regarding important BBST announcements, please following these steps:
1. On the BBST website, sign in and click My Account on the left-hand pane. More choices will display underneath the heading.
2. Click on My Account. The Billing Account Configuration window displays.
3. Under the Account Info tab, click the Add SMS button. A New Text Messaging Device pop-up window displays.
4. Enter your Cell Number into the field.
5. Select your Cell Carrier from the drop-down box.
6. Click the Send button. A Verify New Text Messaging Address pop-up window displays with instructions.
7. Enter the Verification Code that you received as a text message into the field.
8. Click the Verify button. Your phone number now appears in the list as verified.
