Entry Guidelines Event to take place Friday May 17th. Entry Deadlines -‐ Friday May 2, 2014 Trophies awarded for each category. Entry Fee: $25.00 Cook-‐off (per category) Live music from 1 pm -‐ 3pm Face painting for the kids and other fun family activities. CATEGORIES – Brisket or Ribs All teams must donate brisket, or ribs for Location: Peltier Park purchase. All seasoning and cooking of the product shall be done within the assigned cooking space. *Teams shall not share an assigned cooking space or cooking device. *There will be limited electricity and water. *No meat can be removed from cook site after check-‐in. *Entries will be submitted in an approved numbered container, provided by Easter Seals. The number will be on top of the container at turn-‐in. The container shall not be marked in any way so as to make the container unique or identifiable.
