Use ScoutNET user name and password. Put netbsa\ before your user name.
Setting will be set at the top for all to follow when entering data into the CRM.
I changed the setting to use address standardization and to correct capitalization in the address fields.
Changes have been implemented for data entry.
This represents the matching process as constituents are added to the system. Entries can be done in a batch or as a single entry. You can edit what takes place.
This represents what takes place when the system flags a possible match. This will be set at a global level.
Current setting in the design site for data entry and duplicate entry. How to verify what you want to keep?
Implemented changes on constituent matching fields. Other fields to evaluate when duplicates are flagged.

The data entry person now has choice of what they want to do. They can go with the defaults or they can make changes on the spot before committing the entry.
New search tools for specific items without needing to drill into the functional areas to conduct the search.
Functionality with lists within the system—allowing for onscreen formatting.
Filtering has been added as an option to each column.
Columns can be moved by clicking and dragging to wanted order. Name and Login name have been flipped.
You can add or delete columns from what is shown. Other functions are in red. The system will remember your configurations.
Changes here allow for sorting by clicking on the header row as well as the add button.
“No records found” shows now verses just a blank screen after a failed search.

What to Do Now• Single person/organization―person/ organization merge.
• Clean up campaign organization―remove workers with no prospects.
• Delete unused giving categories.
