illegally during Prohibition.
MATCH DIRECTOR’S WELCOME
Shooters,
Welcome to the 2019 9 th
annual Liberty Match at Valley Forge! We have put together 13 stages that will
test every aspect of your shooting skills! I hope you find the stages fun and challenging.
Our sponsors have donated some prizes for this match! Please take a moment to thank our generous
sponsors and please keep them in mind for your next purchase! Sponsors are hard to get on board with the
current sales environment so let us all cherish the ones that help. Support the businesses that support our
sport! Like them on FACEBOOK. It helps us all.
We have great staff and safety officers for this match! Please take an opportunity to thank them, as
without their efforts this match would not be possible.
A note about the rules and social media / gossip. We are running this match by the official rule book found
on line. We will not allow range lawyers or gray area disputes. Remember why we all joined this sport for
the enjoyment of the game, friendship of fellow shooters, and bragging rights for your outcome. Please
shoot the stages as described. Be assured the stages will be presented the same to all, and scored and
judged the same by our fair and hard working SO’s. Our intention is to have a good day and fun times to
share in safety with each other in our sport of choice, and to hold dear our 2 nd
amendment rights to train.
Please visit website Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge and the National Congressional Medal of
Honor Grove. Learn more about them.
I hope you enjoy the match and I look forward to seeing you all!
