Basket Cleaning System FMT Inc. Findlay, Ohio The 2RB 50 smaller 2-basket unit provides very efficient cleaning, rins- ing, and drying of containerized parts-as many as 5 cycles per hour. The unit accepts two standard Kadon baskets or can utilize a client’s existing containers. A combination of high-vol- ume spray and immersion effectively cleans parts with blind holes and com- plex geometries. The 2RB-50 offers the same features and options as the larger 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-basket models in the RB series. All standard RB sys- tems can be automated for integration into a client’s automated material han- dling system.
