Carmelcrest was selected as the main Con-tractor under competitive tender to create an “On day admissions unit”, at Basildon Hos-pital. This successful project involved the conver-sion of the existing dormitory rooms into two on the day admissions units. This Admission Lounge consists separate male and female waiting areas, wc’s, changing areas, consult-ing rooms , reception area and high quality bespoke joinery along with a connecting link to the main hospital. We completed in time and on budget and achieved a beautiful finish. The client was very happy and has given his approval to be contacted for reference. As a result Carmel-crest are being invited to tender for other schemes at the hospital.
