Website Queries:
To be able to deal with website queries, you would need to put yourself in the customer’s shoes.
The key to answering any website related queries is to familiarize your self with the customer’s journey, from an creating account, to shopping online, to the checkout process.
Familiarizing yourself with this journey will adequately enable to you to answer any basic website query that you may find yourself needing to answer

Understanding how to use TAL Admin will enable you to improve your ability to resolve TAL related query on first contact
Everything you would need to know to answer any basic TAL queries could be found on TAL Admin, you would just need to know where to look.
Knowing where to look and how use TAL Admin can be a very beneficial tool in your arsenal helping you assist customers with not only TAL related queries but Mr. D related queries as well.

Product related queries can be resolved by first understanding the nature of the query.
If the customer is requiring more product info simply navigating the website or a quick Google search would enable to you answer a product related question.
Again, knowing how to navigate your way around TAL Admin will allow you to answer product related queries that wont necessarily be found on the website, for eg: stock availability queries, or the status of a particular order, or item.
Product Related Queries:
Scenario 1: Customer calls inquiring about her delivery, but the item is being ordered from the supplier, how do you answer the customer?
Supplier Related Queries:
Supplier Related Queries:
Answer: You advise customer that the item has been ordered from the supplier, by clicking on the link on TAL admin it will take to the product’s listing.
The listing will advise you as per the supplier lead time and you can then advise that the customer that the item will arrive at our warehouse in 5-7 working days and thereafter it will be shipped out.
Supplier Related Queries:
Scenario 2: Customer calls inquiring about their delivery, but this time the customer has available items in their order and items that are being ordered from the supplier, how do you answer the customer?
Supplier Related Queries:
Answer: You advise the customer about the item that has been ordered from the supplier and as per its lead time. In addition you can offer to ship out available items by creating an outbound instruction for the available items.
