I. EVENTWorkshop SeriesII. THEMESPE Must KnowIII. PREFACE1. SPE MUST KNOWEducation division of SPE UGM SC have a mision to educate all boards of SPE UGM SC. As a board of SPE each person need to understand recent issue of energy resources, especially petroleum industry. So SPE Must Know is tributed only for SPE boards to keep the condusif situation and to keep the continuity of the program.For that reason Workshop Subdivision of SPE UGM SC, create a program/project named SPE Must Know. SPE Must Know have a goal to educate SPE boards, so non the less every board have a basic knowledge of energy resources nor petroleum industry system, when they have to discuss about that issue. SPE Must Know is divided into two subprogram: Basic Geology, Geophysics, and Chemical Engineering, this program have a goal to introduce the board of SPE about other major that they are not majored in. In this workshop we make the participant to learned about geology, geophysics, and chemical engineering from zero point. In the other word we make common people to know the basis concept of each major. Basic Petroleum System, this program is the next series of SPE Must Know after Basic Geology, Geophsics, and Chemical Engineering, after learn the basic about them, every participant are asked to entered the next level which is learn about how the petroleum industry system worked. The major goal of this program is every boards of SPE UGM SC having a good understanding in petroleum system after they have been introduced about petroleum system in this program, and every boards can explored their own interest and explored it further.

IV. PURPOSE1. Sharing knowledge and educate SPE Board about basic petroleum system.2. Making a condusif situation on SPE UGM SC when held a more expert course/workshopV. PARTICIPANTParticipant of this event are students whose some subject related with oil and gas industry including students of Geological Engineering, Geophysics, and Chemical Engineering who are the SPE member and board of Gadjah Mada University Student Chapter.
