Imagine cutting a cubic block of banana cakeusing only one cut (the pieces do not have tobe the same size). You would end up with two
pieces of banana cake. Suppose you makethree cuts. Now there is more than one way tocut the banana cake.

Step 4: Look Back and Check
By cutting the cubic banana cake, we can divide or
slice the cake to many parts. By using the preciseand correct method, we can obtain the highestpart.
From previous step, it shows that by cutting the
banana by using 2 intersectional verticals and 1horizontal cut method, we can get 8 cake parts,the highest value. We can check this result byusing an analogy and countercheck the workingprocedure.
Assume the banana cake in cubic shape; it must becut into many equal parts. The cutting method isby using 2 intersectional vertical cut and 1horizontal cut.

So, the answer is correct because 1 horizontal cut splits the cake into upper part
and lower part. On vertical cut splits the cake into left part and right part. And oneanother intersectional vertical cut splits the cake into front part and back part.
Cut 1 become 2, cut 2 become 4 and cut 4 become 8; hence, there are 8 banana
cake part. From our findings, the problem is solved and the question is answered.
