How far in advance should I book my child’s party?Parties should be booked two weeks prior to the party date. Our calendar fills up quickly, so to ensure the day/time of your choice reserve early.

Can I bring cake/ice cream?Yes. We do not supply cake or ice cream, so you are encouraged to bring your own. We have a freezer availablefor ice cream.

How many guests can I invite? Is there a minimum number?You can have up to 10 guests (including the birthday child). Ourcraft room has a capacity of 10 people, so more than that gets very cozy! There is no minimum number of guests.

When do I need a final headcount?The number of guests affects our party preparations, so please let us know how many to expect one week prior to the party.

What about decorations? Can a bring my own?We supply all the necessary decorations and supplies, but if you have special decorations you’d like to use (i.e. character plates/napkins)you are free to do so. You may even drop them off a day in advance so our staff can decorate before you arrive for the party.

Can I bring my own Goodie Bags? What about a pinata?Creative and fun goodie bags are available for purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own. We ask that they be handed out aschildren are leaving the party to avoid candy/toys from being left behind.

Should I arrive early to the party?We handle the set-up, so there is no need to arrive early for the party.You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your schedule party time.
