What is COMPUTER?is a digital electronic device that processes data through a series of commands into information and storage. It can perform mathematical and logical operations, and process large volumes of data at high speed.

A Computer has four basic functions:

Computer Systemrefers to a complete working computer. It
includes not only the computer but also any software and peripheral devices that are necessary to make the computer function.
System Softwareis a catch-all term for the programs that

Port – serves as an interface between the computer and other computers or peripheral devices. It is a specialized outlet on a piece of equipment to which a plug or cables connect.
