<Efficacy study to verify Collagen synthesis in normal human dermal fibroblasts by TECA> - Treament group of TECA 10 µg/mL showed maximum expression level of both COL1A1 and
COL3A1 mRNA. - Both mRNA increased 46.83% and 39.07% to the max, respectively (compared to negative
control).
TECA can increase collagen expression level in normal human dermal fibroblasts.

<Safety evaluation by skin patch of CENTELLIAN 24 Madeca Cream> Skin patch test was performed to 30 subjects. Test substance was applied for 2 hours, and irritation was observed after 30 minutes, 24 hours and 48 hours of removal of patch by dermatologist according to ICDRG index. Observation result is as the follwing table.
