GPA Requirements
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 on 4.0 scale
Senior State TestingRequirements
Students must earn passing scores on 10th grade Reading FCAT or scores on a standardized test
that are concordant with the FCAT (SAT - 430 & ACT - 19)
Subject Area Graduation Requirements of 24 credit program
English 4 credits Mathematics 4 credits (Alg. 1, Geometry, Alg. 2, &
1 higher math)Science 3 credits (Earth Space, Biology, &
additional science)Social Studies 1 credit World History
1 credit US History.5 credit US Government.5 credit Economics
World Languages Not required for High School graduation; BUT required for admission into state universities
Fine Arts & Performing Arts, Speech & Debate, or Practical Arts
1 credit
Physical Education .5 credit in personal fitness & .5 credit physical education
Electives 8 credits
Additional Graduation Requirements
• Minimum of 20 hours of Community Service is required to graduate.
• All on-line courses must be completed no later than May 1st, 2015.
• Caps & Gowns will NOT be provided unless all graduation requirements are met.
• NOTE: ALTHOUGH A STUDENT MAY BE CLASSIFIED AS A SENIOR, THEY MAY NOT BE IN GOOD STANDING TO GRADUATE!!.
