b) On 13-14 July 2011 letters were issued to all obI ted entities making them
aware of their obligations and requesting them to h the status of fulfillment
of their obligations in a pre-designed format (Annexure I Series).·. ,
c) In order to make the Obligated Entities further awa of the RCPORegulation
2010 and their respective roles and responsibilities wi regard to compliance of
the same; OREDAon za'" 'October 2011 organized a rkshops at Bhubaneswar

OREDA posted the RCPOand Its Compliance Regul and other details on its

e) OREDA had also requested all the obligated entities de letter ,no. 743 dated
29.02.2012 (Annexure XIII) to designate a senior office of their organization as
