Vinegrette:

• Lettuce• Diced tomatoes• 1 can corn• 1 can black beans• chopped onion• 1 avocado• salt• salt• pepper• chili powder

• 3 limes • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil• 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar• 1/2 tsp. salt• 1/2 tsp. pepper• pinch of garlic powder• pinch of garlic powder

Start by chopping your lettuce and tossing it into a

big bowl. Add each ingredient one at time while

mixing throughouly. Toss with salt, pepper, and a bit

of chili powder.

For the vinegrette, whisk together all of the ingredients in

a small bowl and drizzle over the salad. Toss the salad

with the dressing to thouroughly cover it.with the dressing to thouroughly cover it.

• Loaf of mini soudough bread • 8 Slices of provolone • 4 Slices of deli ham • 4 slices of deli turkey • Mayonaise • Lettuce • red onion • cherry tomatoes • mustard • 8 slices of bacon

Bitty Barbie Bites

Cook bacon until done and set aside. Lay 4 slices of bread out and spread mayo on each. Next add lettuce followed by a few slices of onion. Cut the cheese slices tofit each peice of bread and add on top of the onions. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them on each slice. Next add one slice of ham to each sandwhich and top with another slice of bread. Spread mustard on the top with another slice of bread. Spread mustard on the top slice and add the bacon. Add another layer of cheese and then place one slice of turkey on each sandwich. Finally, top with one more slice of bread.

1/4-cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic minced

3/4-teaspoon coarse salt

Marinade

Ingredients 4 Russet Potatoes

1 Red onion

1 Carton mushrooms

1 Red pepper

1 Red apple

Vinaigrette PreparationIn a jar or bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard,

thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Store, covered, in the

refrigerator.

Shish KabarbsDice the potatoes, onions, peppers, and apples leave

the mushrooms whole. Place all in a bowl with marinade

refrigerate for a few hours. Stick with a pattern when

applying the food to the stick to make it easier. Heat

oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

• 1 Box chocolate cake mix

• 1 Box sugar cookie mix

• Shredded cocnut

• Green food coloring

• Red food coloring

• Yellow food coloring• Yellow food coloring

• Vanilla icing

• Sesame seeds

Bitty Burger Bites

Cook vanilla and chocolate cupcakes according to the directions on the boxes. Cook the sugar cookies according to the directions on the box as well.Once they have finished cut into french fry like slices and set aside. After the cupcakes have been cooked and cooled off take the vanilla cupcakes and cut off thetops and bottoms of each one. These will be the buns tops and bottoms of each one. These will be the buns for the burger cupcakes. Cut the tops off of each chocolatecupcake. These will be the burber patties. Split your icing into 2 bowls. In the first bowl put enough red food coloring to make the icing look the color of ketchup. In the second bowl add enough yellow food coloring to make the icing look like mustard. In a third bowl add the shredded cocnut andmix with green icing, this will be your lettuce. To assemble mix with green icing, this will be your lettuce. To assemble the burger cupcakes first take the bottom half of each bun and spread the “ketchup” on them. Next addthe burger patties followed by a layer of icing“mustard”. Top with shredded coconut and the top bun. Add sesame seeds to the top bun.
