Vendor will receive an email as soon as it’s shortlisted by Purchase team with User ID & temporary Password

• Baramati Agro Purchase Dept. will consider applied Vendor & short list the vendor & raise request to create User ID & Temporary Password.

• Vendor has to Use email references to reach to portal link & enter temporary User ID & Password provided in the auto generated email.

• Further communication will be delivered over email id provided in vendor Registration Form.

Rejected Vendor – Process

• Rejected Vendor will receive an email with reason for rejection & accordingly Vendor will have to update the information with same login.

• No response with in 7 days received in case of rejected Vendors, Vendor will be removed from rejected list, and vendor could not able to login or update the information.

• Vendor will have apply again to register with Baramati Agro Ltd.

Queries & Escalation -

• In case of any doubts or queries vendor can raise request over the portal, which can be forwarded to concern Dept for solution.

• If addressed issue is not entertained in specified time limit it can be escalated to CEO through link “Talk to CEO”
