Banshee Wines Tasting Room Event Buy-Out

325 Center Street, Healdsburg CA Thank you for considering Banshee Wines Tasting Room for your upcoming event. The space has been used for wedding welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, networking events, cocktail parties. This page should provide some high-level information to help you make your decision. A buy-out means the Tasting Room is closed to the public and only open to you and your guests. Our normal business hours are seven days a week from 11AM - 7PM. We have a rental fee, and require a minimum wine purchase. The wine is selected before your event, purchased at retail price (wine club members can apply their discount), and does not have to be entirely consumed during the event. If there is anything left over, it's yours to take home or use at your next event. More wine can be purchased on site if your wine needs exceed your minimum purchase. Cost for a TWO HOUR event (total buy-out time is three hours, which includes 30 minutes for set-up, 30 minutes for clean-up): Rental fee Monday - Thursday: $750 Minimum Wine Purchase: $500 (each additional 30 minutes is $100) Rental fee on Friday or Sunday: $1500 Minimum Wine Purchase: $750 (each additional 30 minutes is $150) Rental fee on Saturday: $2500 Minimum Wine Purchase: $1000 (each additional 30 minutes is $250) We will have one staff member on hand for every 20 people in the party. We require a $500 deposit to hold the space. The event can be canceled with no penalty up to 30 days before the event. A cancelation within 30 days of the event renders the deposit non-refundable.
