• Serving-style 2 (Pre-ordered) – a guest list is prepared in advance with pre-selection of the client’s choices for every course. This style of service provides each guest with their exact choice, however a table seating plan and guest selection must be provided before arrival on-island (at least 2 weeks in advance).
