GENERAL CONDITIONS

SERVICE CONFIRMATION

Payment terms to be agreed at the time of the confirmation of the reservation.

PRICE PER PERSON

The VAT rate is included in the price of the menus, as well as the rental space.

Children of 0 to 4 years (inclusive) are free of charge.

Children from 5 to 11 years (inclusive) have a 50% discount.

Children above 12 years (inclusive) are considered adults.

SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT

All events have a duration of 4 hours. From this time the cost will be charged to the consumption.

A 100€ per hour value (due to extra rental of space) will be charge, starting immediately after the 4th hour of the event duration, with 30 minuts os tolerance.

EVENT SERVICE

The service proposed and contracted in both Buffet has a minimum number of 20 people.

Plated Service has a maximum of 20 people.

The hotel is not responsible for the assets or property of customers before, during and after the events.

CUSTOMER MATERIAL

The hotel is not responsible for material that the client intends to place in our facilities, except with prior agreement of the hotel management.

DECORATION

The decoration by the hotel includes: White linings, white towels and colored chair bands (Green, Bordeaux, Red and Gold).

All other services are the customer's responsibility. If necessary the client can consult the hotel that will make contacts.
