The Hilton Lac-Leamy is the exclusive supplier of food and beverages (no outside food or bever-ages are permitted on hotel property). You must confirm your menu and event details with the person in charge of conferences and banquets one month before the event date. Prices are sub-ject to change and do not include tax and gratuity.
We’re happy to prepare menus adapted to your dietary restrictions and those of your guests (vegetarian diet, food allergies, etc.); additional fees may apply. If this service is required, please notify our staff at least two weeks before your event.
Please note that it is forbidden to take your meals and drinks outside of the hotel.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTA deposit equal to 10% of the estimated cost (minimum of $500) is required to secure your reservation. All final payments must be made one week before the event.
You must confirm the total number of guests 72 working hours prior to the event, and this num-ber cannot be reduced within 72 hours. If you increase the number of guests by more than 10% (up to a maximum of 20%) within those 72 hours, an additional charge of 15% will be added to the bill, and the hotel cannot guarantee that the same product will be available. All prices and menu items are subject to change until banquet orders have been signed and returned.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCESRequests for gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan dishes must be confirmed in advance when choosing the menu.
