Bank of Memories is an ecosystem based on the principle and the usage of Blockchain technology through the preservation and transmission of very valuable information (experience, medical and financial data, family files, the emotional content), making it inherited. The essence of the project: Bank of Memories - a PaaS-platform which allows you to store and encrypt information, and send it by inheritance only for certain users. Bank of Memories - a service that works with Blockchain technology, as well as using Blockchain principle, whereby the user is guaranteed to receive digital information at a specified time. Bank of Memories is an ecosystem that has a peculiar property, that is the registration which are based on family ties, rather than casual acquaintances. Each contact has a much greater value than any currently existing social network. Therefore, any information stored in the profile genealogical tree Bank of Memories, has a special value for each user service, because it can be transmitted by inheritance, and sent into the future. Artificial restriction of cell volume and a symbolic payment for storage is a filter for cutting off unnecessary information. Guided by the criteria of the Howey test, as well as by result of the audit by the experts of the technical department, the company Bank of Memories needs to correct some of the principal positions of the company.

To date, the Howey Test is one of the key steps in the ICO preparation process. The carrying out of this test is necessary in those cases when the project organizers intend to attract investors' funds from the USA, or the project itself is planned to be conducted in the USA. Developed by the US Supreme Court in the SEC v. Howey case, the test allows you to establish a link between a financial transaction and an investment contract as a type of security.

By the experience gained through Pre-ICO preparatory stage, we have the necessity of exchanging BMCoin tokens, which are issued solely for the purpose of ICO, to the Global Bank of Memories (GBM) tokens, which will carry the function of the internal instrument of the Bank of Memories. The GBM-token will also be endowed with a function of Crypto-keys, including a unique identifier and a means of payment for service.
