Bangor Blast Summer Camp Summer Camp Meet & Greet!

Summer Camp Starts Monday!
Monday, June 29th is the first day of Summer Camp! We are looking forward to spending the summer with you!
What to Expect:
Daily & Weekly Schedule: Drop off begins at 7:00am every day, with pick up ending at 5:30pm. Each week will be a new theme, with new activities! The daily schedule for our campers will consist of structured activity times offering something for everyone such as arts & crafts, sports & active games, outdoor play, science experiments, and quieter, small group games are worked around set snack, lunch and swimming times. See below for planned activity times for each group, but please be aware that times are subject to change. A Parent Update will be sent out every Friday afternoon via email or in person at pick-up, updating you on activities, themes, special events and important information for the following week.
Week 1: BLAST Into Camp
Our first week of camp will be BLAST into Camp week, focusing on learning our camp schedules and new camp games, meeting new friends and building a strong base for summer fun! Your child will be given their camp t-shirt this week, which we will tie-dye!

Drop-Off Procedures:
Traffic will be asked to enter on the Main Street entrance only and drive around the building to the
designated drop-off/pick-up area (near the gym doors in the Farm Road parking lot). All children will be
met at the parent’s car-side and given a health screening (asked a few questions and given a temperature
check). Parents will be asked to remain in the vehicle during this time. Any child with a temperature of
100.4*F or higher or who indicates that they or another member of their household have felt ill, they will
be asked to leave and not return to the program
until they have been fever-free for 24 hours
without medication. If a child passes the health
screening, they will be sent into the building via
the gym doors where a staff member from their
group will meet them.
Pick-Up Procedures: When ready to pick-up, please call either the
program cell phone at (207)307-1571 or the indi-
vidual camp phone at least 5 minutes before you
arrive so we can have your child ready for you
when you and not congest pick-up traffic.
What To Bring:

A cold, packed lunch and 2+ snacks
A Refillable Water Bottle
Sneakers*
Swim Gear (Bathing Suit, Towel, Change of Clothes )
*(Campers without sneakers will not be able to participate in any running activities)
