Purpose• To produce a vision and a roadmap for creating a
comprehensive and interconnected system of functional green spaces leveraging existing greening and revitalization programs of the City and its many non-profit and community partners
• To target resources to capture multiple benefits from each dollar invested through more strategic implementation of City programs and agency missions
