Walls to rendered internally with 15mm thick render applied in 2layers, with SS corner beads where required, leaving walls ready fordecoration.
Inner and outer leafs of cavity walls shall be tied together with thickplate stainless steel wall ties spaced at intervals of not more than 750mm horizontally and 450 mm vertically and staggered.
Near the sides of openings wall ties shall be inserted, one for each225 mm of opening height.
All wall ties shall comply with BS EN 845-1 2003 and DD 140-2 1987 for100mm cavity and shall be vertical twist type stainless steel - ST1 typeWall tie by Ancon.
Cavity Closers - 12.5 mm calcium silicate board, Multi Pro or otherequal & approved, to seal top of cavity, at eaves, between bothleaves.
