COMPLEJO RESIDENCIAL BALCONES DEL PACIFIC0 RESOLUCION AMBIENTAL La Resolución Nº 779 – 2010 que ha sido emitido el día 21 de Abril de 2010 por la Secretaria Técnica Nacional Ambiental, SETENA, perteneciente al Ministerio de Ambiente, Energía y Telecomunicaciones, MINAET, tras el estudio y análisis del expediente administrativo Nº D1 – 079 -‐ 2010 Nº 779 – 2010 presentado por Don Valentín Pertusa Guirao, ha concedido la Viabilidad Ambiental al proyecto residencial BALCONES DEL PACIFICO en los parámetros consistentes en la construcción de once edificios de ocho pisos cada uno, con huellas entre 1.610 y 2.167 m2 y áreas de construcción de cada edificio entre 12.886 y 17.338 m2, las áreas comunes son de 5.198 m2. Las calles suman un total de 15.896 m2 y las aceras son 4.252 m2. El área verde es de 73.715 m2. Todo esto en una finca de 11 Ha. 6.351 m2.

The renewal of the obtained licence of Environmental Viability , which was granted by the Setena, belonging to the Ministry Agency, Ministerio de Medio Ambiente of Costa Rica Goverment, will allow the certification of the definitive construction plans and works permits. To their renewal may be requested changes (if desired) to the project if those not exceed the quantity and volume of works granted by the license
