In Australia: Higher level skills acquired through VET give the best economic returns for students throughout their working lives, especially for mature aged students. (Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency, 2012)

Where should the student fit?

•  Priority Number 1 – It’s as simple as that .

Fluff ? •  Yes that’s great but we still have to run a business,

so.. how do we get the balance? •  There is no right or wrong answer, but I do believe

the answer lies in technology

but not just that!

•  Right intentions & vision •  Right trainers & people •  Right course structure & delivery plan •  Right content & strong assessment •  Right process & operational structure •  Right technology & tools

• Manage non-value adding tasks • Scalability

• Analyse your business, identify your biggest

time wasters in the business and research what technology is out there that could look after these tasks for you.

Give time back to your students!
