• Stick to the plan

• Be a self-improvement advocate
• Keep learning
A is for activity
• Exercise regularly
• Bring co-workers or employees for a lunchtime walk
• Conduct meetings whilst going for a walk
• Encourage all staff to move around the office more
• Encourage "sports days" and family days
N is for nutshell
