Most polymer materials are good dielectrics with stable physical and
chemical properties. Modification of polymers with various inorganic
fillers is used for altering their mechanical, electric, and other
operational properties . Nano-sized metals have different properties from
bulk metals originating from nanocrystals size. Nanocrystals measure a
few nanometers containing few hundred atoms. In this way,
nanomaterials show unique properties (electronic, magnetic, structural)
depending on nano-size structure.

Nitrile butadiene rubber includes of special-purpose synthetic rubbers. Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) prepare from the radical polymerization of butadiene-1,3 with acrylic acid in emulsified water. In depends the amount of acrylonitrile there are NBR-18, NBR -26, NBR-110 branded types of butadiene nitrile rubber. We have used NBR-26.

The molecular weight: -200-300 ths.mol/q density : 0,943-0,986 g /ml glass transition temperature : -32 - (-55) ° C. The structure : amorphous.
With increasing of the amount of nitrile groups in molecules of With increasing of the amount of nitrile groups in molecules of nitrile- butadiene rubber, the solution decreases, glass transition nitrile- butadiene rubber, the solution decreases, glass transition temperature and the density increases. The rubber of NBR-26 is temperature and the density increases. The rubber of NBR-26 is widely used for production oil-gasoline-resistant rubbers and widely used for production oil-gasoline-resistant rubbers and electric conductor rubbers. electric conductor rubbers.

For solution of nitrile- butadiene rubber we used chloroform
(CHCl3). Rubber was solved in chloroform. For oxidative chloro
phosphorylation of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) PCl3 has been
added to over the intervals. After filtration the polymer was washed in
solution of acid and base and distillated water. Then polymer was
dried at room temperature.
