    Sai s gia cng cc yu t hnh hc ca chi tit

    2.1. Quy Lut phn b kch thc thc khi gia cng.

    Do nh hng bi rt nhiu nguyn nhn khc nhau, cc kch thc ca lot chi tit xut hin trong qu trnh gia cng trong cng mt iu kin ni

    chung l khng ging nhau.

    Trong iu kin sn xut hng lot vi cng mt qui trnh cng ngh, kch thc ca lot chi tit gia cng cng loi thng phn b theo lut

    2.4. Xc nh dch chuyn cho php ca trung tm phn b xc sut ph phm xut hin c th sa c ca lot kch thc trc l 3%.

    3.1. Sai lch c bn.

    Tiu chun Nh nc Vit Nam (TCVN 2241-91) qui nh 28 kiu sai lch c bn cho l v cho trc (hnh 3-1), trong :

    - L c bn l l c v tr min dung sai l H v sai lch c bn (sai lch

    di) EI = 0.

    - Trc c bn l trc c v tr min dung sai l h v sai lch c bn (sai lch trn) es = 0.

    Khi bit sai lch c bn c th tnh sai lch cn li theo cp chnh xc

    ca kch thc danh ngha:

    EI = ES - IT hoc ES = EI + IT (3-2)

    - Sai lch khng c bn ca l 20 H10 (sai lch trn ES):

    Theo bng (3-3) ta c IT10 = 84 m, theo cng thc (3-2)

    ta c ES = EI + IT
