    Nh my c tm quan trng rt ln i vi nn kinh t cng nghip ca t nc

    Nn vic thit k cp in cho nh my c xp vo h tiu th loi I v lun i hi

    tin cy cao, an ton, kinh t. Trong phm vi nh my cc phn xng tu theo vai tr v

    quy trnh cng ngh c xp vo h tiu th:Loi I: gm cc phn xng quan trng nm trong dy truynsn xut khp kn.

    Loi III: gm phn xng sa cha c kh, b phn nn kh,khu nh phng ban qun

    l v xng thit k,kho vt liu

    Nng lng in cung cp cho nh my c ly t h thng li in quc gia

    thng qua trm bin p trung gian (TBATG) cch nh my 15km. V ph ti in do sn

    Trong chin lc sn xut v pht trin nh my s thng xuyn nng cp, ci tin

    quy trnh k thut, do vy qu trnh thit k cung cp in c s ch n yu t pht

    trin, m rng trong tng lai gn 2-3 nm cng nh 5-10 nm ca nh my.

    PHN II - THIT K H THNG CUNG CP IN

    CHNG I: XC NHPH TI TNH TONPh ti dng trong thit k tnh ton h thng cung cp in gi l ph ti tnh ton

    (PTTT) l ph ti gi tng, cc i di hn, khng thay i theo thi gian v tngng vi ph ti thc t v hiu qu pht nhit. V vy chn cc thit b theo PTTT sm bo an ton cho thit b v mt pht nng.

    PTTT c s dng la chn v kim tra cc thit b trong h thng cung cp in

    nh: MBA, dy dn, cc thit b ng ct, bo v; tnh ton tn tht cng sut, tn thtin nng, tn tht in p; la chn dung lng b cng sut phn khng PTTTphthuc vo nhiu yu t nh: cng sut, s lng, ch lm vic ca cc thit b intrnh v phng thc vn hnh h thng Vic xc nh PTTT rt quan trng. NuPTTTT xc nh b s dn n cc thit b in chn b, gy qu ti lm mt in, gychy n ph hoi cng trnh in. Ngc li nu PTTT chn qu ln s dn n tng vnu t lm xu c tnh k thut. V vy c nhiu cng trnh nghin cu v phng

    php xc nh PTTT, song cho n nay vn cha c phng php no tht hon thinNhng phng php cho kt qu tin cy th li qu phc tp, khi lng tnh ton vnhng thng tin ban u i hi qu ln v ngc li.

    V vy tu theo yu cu tnh ton v nhng thng tin c c v ph ti m ngthit k c th la chn c phng php thch hp xc nh c PTTT.

    Trong n ny vi phn xng sa cha c kh ta bit v tr, cng sut t, ch lm vic ca tng thit b trong phn xng nn PTTT c xc nh theo cng sutrung bnh v h s cc i. Cc phn xng cn li do ch bit din tch v cng sut ca n nn PTTT c xc nh theo cng sut t v h s nhu cu.

    1. Phn nhm ph tiTrong 1 phn xng thng c nhiu thit b c cng sut v ch lm vic rt

    khc nhau, mun xc nh PTTT c chnh xc cn phi phn nhm thit b in. Vicphn nhm thit b in cn tun theo cc nguyn tc sau:

    - Cc thit b trong cng 1 nhm nn gn nhau gim chiu di ng dy h p

    nh vy c th tit kimc vn u t v tn tht trn cc ng dy h p trong phnxng.- Ch lm vic ca cc thit b trong cng 1 nhm nn ging nhau vic xc

    nh PTTT c chnh xc v thun li cho vic la chn phng thc cung cp in chonhm.

    - Tng cng sut cc nhm nn xp x nhau gim chng loi t ng lc cn dngtrong phn xng v ton nh my s thit b trong 1 nhmcng khng nn qu nhiu bs u ra ca cc t ng lc thng (8 12).

    Tuy nhin thng th rt kh tho mn cng 1 lc c 3 nguyn tc trn do vy ngithit k cn phi la chn cch phn nhm sao cho hp l nht.

    Da theo nguyn tc phn nhm ph ti in nu trn v cn c vo v tr, cngsut ca cc thit b b tr trn mt bng phn xngc th chia cc thit b sa cha ckh thnh 4 nhm. Kt qu phn nhm ph ti in c trnh by trong bng I.1
