    Khi qut

    BIM: qu trnh to lp s dng m hnh thng tin trong cc khu thit k, xy

    dng v vn hnh cng trnh.

    BIM cha cc mi lin h logic v mt khng gian, kch thc, s lng, vt

    liu v cc b phn cng trnh. BIM kt hp thng tin cc b phn cng trnh vi cc

    thng tin khc (nh mc, n gi, vt liu, tin thi cng) nhm ti u ha thit

    k, thi cng v qun l vn hnh cng trnh. Tnh kt ni d liu to nn hiu qu v

    hp l.

    Tng quan vRevit Architecture

    Revit Architecture l phn mm theo khuynh hng M hnh cng trnh gn

    thng tin (BIM). Phn mm trnh by mt thit k di dng mt lot cc vt th v

    nhng thnh phn thng minh, v d :tng, ca s v cc gc nhn... Nhng vt th

    v thnh phn ny u c tham s. Thng tin ca nhng vt th v thnh phn ny u

    c lu tr trong mt m hnh cng trnh duy nht. Bn c th trch xut khng hn

    ch s lng gc nhn t nhng d liu ca m hnh ny.

    Annotate : Tp hp cc cng c phc v cho vic ghi ch ln thit k nh kch

    thc (cng c trong Panel Dimension), khai trin chi tit (Panel Detail)

    Analyse : Phn tch nng lng cng trnh.

    Massing & Site : Cc lnh to lp khi phc v cho vic nghin cu khi dng

    cng trnh v to lp cc thnh phn ca mtcng trnh t cc khi dng , phc v

    thit k a hnh ca khu t xy dng.

    Collaborate : Revit Architecture to iu kin cho nhiu ngi trong nhm

    thit k cng lm vic trn mt Project ln bng nhng cng c c b tr trong Tab

    ny.

    View : Gm nhng lnh to lp cc gc nhn khc nhau cho d n nh mt

    bng sn, mt ct, mt ng v cc bng thng k.

    Manage : Qun l cc i tng trong d n, nh n v bn v, nt v, thngtin d n

    Modify : Cc lnh hiu chnh i tng (copy, move, mirror, trim, array) .

    Trong qu trnh lm vic, ngi thit k cn c th gp thm mt Tab cng c tn bt

    u l Modify. Tab ny ch xut hin khi mt thnh phn trong Drawing Area c

    Click vo chn. Ty thuc vo thnh phn c chn l g (v d : Wall - Door )

    th pha sau ch Modify c tn (v d : Modify Wall Modify Door).

    Hin thni dung gc nhn m bn chn trong phn qun l thng tin d n

    (Project Browser). Trong khu vc ny, c th hin th mt hay nhiu gc nhn.

    6. Status Bar

    Khi bn di chuyn chut n mt thnh phn trn mn hnh, tn ca loi vchng loi s hin ln. Ngoi ra, y cng l ni xut hin nhng nhc nh cn thit

    khi s dng lnh.

    7. Options Bar

    Hin th nhng la chn c th c ca lnh ang c s dng.

    Lu khi s dng Family:

    CHNG 3 : H LI V CAO TRNH

    BI 1 : KCH THC TM

    Khi qut

    Kch thc tm biu th kch c ca vt th v mi quan h v tr vi mt vt

    th no c chn trong mt bng.Nhng kch thc ny gip bn to lp mt

    bng ca mt cng trnh, cch b tr cc thnh phn ca cng trnh mt cch chnh

    xc.

    Kch thc tm s c hin th khi bn chn mt thnh phn. Nhng kch

    thc ny s c hin th theo gi tr tham chiu vi thnh phn gn nht vi thnhphn bn ang to.

    Khi bn chn bt c mt thnh phn no, kch thc tm ca thnh phn s

    hin ln cng vi cc kch thc lin h vi thnh phn gn nht. Bn c th di

    chuyn ng dng ca kch thc tm n nhng thnh phn khc theo mun.

    Bn c th thay i kch c hay di chuyn cc thnh phn bng cch thay i

    kch thc tm. V d: bn c th di chuyn ca s bng cch chnh sa cc kch

    thc tm lin quan.

    BI 2 : TO LP V HIU CHNH CC CAO TRNH

    1. Khi qut

    Bn s dng cc cao trnh xc nh chiu cao ca cc sn trong mt cng

    trnh. Trong Revit Architecture, cc cao trnh ging nh cc mt sn nhng thnh

    phn cng trnh ch yu nh tng, mi v sn gn vo chng. Vi cc cao trnh, bn

    s xc nh v kim sot v tr ca cc thnh phn c gn vo tng trong mt

    cng trnh.

    2. To lp cao trnh

    Bn dng cng cLevel to lp hay hiu chnh cc cao trnh. Cng cnych hot ng trong hnh chiu mt ct hay mt ng.

    Quy trnh to lp mt cao trnh:

    Kch hot hnh chiu ca mt ct hay mt ng.

    Trn Design Bar, trong tab Architecture, nhn Level.

    To kiu Level.

    Trn Options Bar, b chn Make Plane View nu bn mun lp mtcao trnh thng, khng to khung nhn mt bng.

    Dng chut xc nh im u, cui ca ng cao trnh.

    V cao trnh t mt cao trnh c sn:

    Trn Panel Draw, nhn Pick Lines. Xc nh gi tr khong cch t

    ng cao trnh hin hu no n cao trnh sp c to lp trong

    Offset.

    Nhp vo ng cao trnh hin hu m bn chn trn. Mt ng

    cao trnh mi c to lp.

    3. Hiu chnh cao trnh

    -Nhp vo mtng cao trnh hin thcc im kim sot ca ng cao

    trnh trong k hiu cao trnh.

    Tng trong Revit l thnh phn th hin tng trong thc t ca mt cng

    Quy nh phng tin xut ra nh mn hnh hay my in. Bn c

    Lighting

    Quy nh nh sng ngoi tht hay ni tht hay kt hp c nh sng

    thin nhin v nh sng nhn to. Bn c th quy nh gc chiu

    mt tri iu khin nh sng hiu qu hn.

    BackgroundQuy nh nn bng bu tri vi s lng m my khc nhau. Bn

    cng c th quy nh cc nh hng ca sng m.

    Imageiu chnh phi sng v sng ca hnh render sau khi cto lp. Bn cng c th quy nh hnh render vo trong d n hay
