Day 1 – Feb/March 2020

• Depart USA for Nassau, Bahamas with other team members and coaches.

• Arrive Nassau, Bahamas

• Transfer to hotel for check-in depending on arrival time

• Meeting at the hotel to brief you on the weeks activities

• Possible Practice if early arrival scheduled

• Return to Resort hotel for free time on the beach

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees will be kept to a minimum. However, in the event of you having to cancel

part, or all of your arrangements within the following, the below cancellation conditions apply:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable at time of acceptance unless otherwise stated

• 160 – 100 Days prior to departure, $500 per person will be non-refundable

• 99 - 61 Day prior to departure, 75% of the total trip cost land and air will be non-refundable

• 60 – Days prior to departure, there will be no refunds

• Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be given. This includes any unused portion of the tour.

• If AIST cancels the tournament due to lack of interest a full refund will be given

Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be assigned. This is the current policy of most major

airlines. Once tickets are issued, these guidelines will supersede all communications except those dictated by the

airline. AIST will pursue any and all options with the airline to amend their change and cancellation policies to the

benefit of our traveling clients.

Travel Insurance: We recommend the purchase of travel insurance. If you have interest in purchasing insurance

Registration: Each passenger will need to register at www.aist.us/grou-

registration. Use your school name a your group name. If you don’t know the

answers to some of the questions put your best guess. Just make sure we have

the correct spelling of your name as it will be on your passport.

Deposit – Due to confirm your place in the event: A payment is due to confirm

your place on the tour. The initial deposit of $1500 non-refundable. Payment

Nassau, Bahamas

The Bahamas (that's with a capital "The") is one of the most geographically complicated nations of the

Atlantic. It's a coral-based archipelagocomprising more than 700 islands — hundreds more if you count

the rocky outcroppings that have damaged the hulls of countless ships since colonial days.

Made of more than 100,000 square miles of dry and sometimes barren land, the archipelago comprises The

Bahama islands and also, in the south, the Turks and Caicos Islands, which maintain a separate

government. Most of the population is centered on NewProvidence Island (Nassau/Cable Beach)

and Grand Bahama Island(Freeport/Lucaya). Paradise Island, the most heavily developed tourist

complex, lies directly off Nassau and is reached by a causeway.

The 760-mile-long chain of islands, cays, and reefs that make up The Bahamas stretches from Grand

Bahama Island, whose western point is 75 miles almost due east of Palm Beach, Florida, to Great Inagua,

southernmost of The Bahamas, which lies about 60 miles northeast of Cuba and less than 100 miles north

of Haiti. Cay (pronounced "key") is the Spanish word for small island.

Sandy beaches, fishing (some of the best in the world), boating, nearly perfect weather (even though the

islands are in the often stormy Atlantic Ocean), and accessibility to the U.S. mainland put this archipelago

on the world tourist map. The Bahamas lies right off the Florida coast. One 20- to 30-minute plane ride can

free you from Miami's congestion as you land on Bimini.
