BagBase continues to put the ‘fun’ into ‘funky’ bag design with an incredible 20 new ‘Retail Ready’ carrying solutions for 2014. Our latest collection mirrors all the current fashion trends – from Camo to Varsity and Vintage – with each new style offering a fresh alternative to run of the mill bag products. Colour is at the very heart of the BagBase brand and we’ve paid extra special attention to our palette updates this year. On-trend Denim Blue, Grey Marl, and Fuchsia/Surf Blue are just some of the new contemporary colourways now available from ‘Europe’s most colourful bag brand’.

Whether it’s a fashionista hunting for a Camo messenger, a university student in search of a Varsity barrel bag, a switched-on ‘surfer’ in need of a Digital backpack, or a sports team looking to score with our new Sports holdall – BagBase has the perfect carrying solution for everyone. What’s more, every BagBase design is specially made for profitable embellishment and personalisation. Plus we’ve added our new TearAway labelling system to key styles, meaning it’s now even easier to make your BagBase products your own.

The re-branding of BagBase products is a doddle with our new TearAway labels. We’re always looking to improve our products and we are constantly responding to evolving customer requirements and market demands. Our new TearAway labels do just that, answering directly to the growth of the re-branding market. The TearAway labels comprise a front ‘sheet’ with brand, style and address information. This is made from easy-tear fabric and can be removed in seconds to leave an unbranded ‘Retail-Ready’ product. Behind this front sheet are additional sewn-in sheets made from traditional satin-type label fabric.

These sheets provide fibre composition data (in 23 European languages), as required by EU regulations, and care instructions by way of internationally recognised care symbols. Look out for the TearAway logo, which appears next to every product carrying the new labelling system.

The potential for quick, easy and profitable decoration is designed into every BagBase product. Our ‘Retail Ready’ carrying solutions cry out for embellishment, whether it’s a screen printed logo, embroidered slogan, fashionable appliqué, or personalised transfer image. The good news is that all of our products are specially developed with these decoration processes in mind. Fabrics are tested for compatibility with the most popular printing inks, embroidery threads and transfer papers. Every product provides easy access to the main decoration areas. Panels and seams are positioned not only to look good, but also to give maximum scope for branding and creative expression. Zips, clips and buckles are selected to complement and never impede surface decoration. Take the new Softside Double-Decker travel luggage collection, for example; the three bags incorporate our removable EasyPanel™, which can be zipped off completely and decorated separately. Or the BG613 Vintage Laptop Backpack featuring our EasyPocket™; simply lift the pocket out of the way, embroider your design on the outside of the bag, and then drop the pocket back into place to cover the stitches and backing on the inside.
