Our Treatments

Fumigation can be costly and time consuming taking three days up to a week until the homeowner can occupy the home again after vacating it for tenting. So at Bad Termite we offer what we call Bad’s Foam Penetration, unlike fumigations, Full Foam Treatments can be done in one day (depending on the size of the building), it cost less and doesn’t require you to move out of your home.All methods have the same effect, it kills termites, but the way it is delivered is unique.

Subterranean Treatment

» Subterranean termites nest in the ground, in what is known as a "crown colony." Subterranean termites require a different approach for total control. Treatment consists of a combination of trenching, drilling, and rod-treating (sub areas, attics, and baseboards) around your home with termiticides. In addition, we also locally treat infected wood members with termiticides and remove all damaged wood, repairing any and all wood to restore the structural integrity of your home.

Fungus Damage / Dry Rot

Fungus is a wood attacking organism which consumes organic matter. Fungus produces spores which are like tiny seeds that are distributed by wind and water. Moist areas will support fungal growth and dry rot.
