1 - Owner of the

company knows

everything...

2 - He is too busy to get the know his

employees.

3 - He does not take

the time to listen new

hired manager.

4 - Bad company

owner never gets back

to you.

5- He is usually confused.

6 - He gives unclear directions to the

manager.

7 - He never gives autonomy to the

manager.

8 - He gives a good title but never gives

responsibilities.

9 - He usually makes unnecessary

meetings nearly every single day.

10 - He also invites all the unnecessary

departments to the meeting.

11 - In the name of democracy, he accepts the

most irrelevant people’s ideas in the meeting

12 - He also thinks that twitter is a

magical bird and will save his company.

13 - He decides that

“CRM” is a good

software but little bit

complicated :)

14 - He is for sure that

he got best IT man

ever, however he

already bought the
