• United States History I: Pre I.B./A.P.

• United States history from colonization to 1900

• I.B. emphasis on 150 years (1750-1900)

• Both I.B. and A.P. will be covered in the class .

• We are currently covering the exploration era.

This will start near the end of the second marking period.

Procedures

• Classes are conducted using all of the modalities of learning. Students need to come to class with an open mind.

• Homework will be limited. 58 minute periods allows me to cover the material and a review.

• Certain units will have more assignments.

Grading

• All assessments will be graded on points. The total number of points received over the total number of points possible.

• Please check Powerschool for updates.

• Grades are entered as soon as possible, usually within the week.
