fundraise!– Determine Theme– Line up Volunteers– Determine Date of Event (Orientation week)

• Depends on how big of an event… • WSU:– 1 Student and 1 Hall Director Co-Chairs– 5-8 Students on the Committee– All RAs helps staff the event– Various Clubs helps staff event and donate to the

prize table

Day of Prep

•Volunteers meet 45 minutes ahead of time to be trained in on their stations.
