LBG Motivation

•LBG Eka UrFU is highly motivated to host more

and more events.

•Now we are more than 40 active people.

•We are willing and capable to host serious

internal events! We are growing and improving!

•Host TRAP and BaBEC in one year –LEGEN…DARY

Idea...Our university holds the students festival every three years…

And this year they decided to make it international…

HOW?

With the help of BEST!

They approved the idea to have EC along with the festival…

So we will have great social part and big support…

For the accommodation

For the final exhibition of the results we will use the main

hall of our university.

And university rooms.

From the hotel to the Uni…

as far as you have seen the hosting place and the university site… the

distance can vary from 5 to 20 minutes by walk.

The budget is approved by university

We will fund-raise for social part from the companies and city council (rzd, ural airlines, the ice-cream factory)

For the rest we have the support from the uni… more then 8000 Euros!!!
