Preparation of carOne week before competition the car is dismounted;

Each piece receive maintenance;

The car is mounted to competition;

Components are regulated like tire pressure, break fluid;

All bolt receive double check.

Substitute componentsAll subsystem have a substitute components;

Two days before go to competition, subsystem boss need complete a checklist for him subsystem;

The checklist include components and tools that will be used;

The team save the substitute components in two big wood box, the tools in toolbox and tool cabinet as well;

Save small thing in the tool car and use it in same operation as well.

Organization of truck and work space

The car goes mounted on top of the truck;

All tools goes on top of the truck;

The members go in the bus;

The work space is strictly monitored by bosses and need to keep organized all the time;

The team use the “philosophy”: used, save in the same place that you took.

Monitor the carDuring competition all the time have at least two people near

the car;

During night two people need sleep near the car. Normally, new members sleep with the car in the first competition.
