It is an opportunity for us to practice being the hands and feet of Jesus. Our committee has carefully chosen service activities to fit every age and ability group in our church. Now we need the people of Peace to commit to being part of this outreach of love to the glory of God. Set aside Sunday, September 16, for Inside Out Sunday. RALLY DAY! What is Rally Day? It is our traditional kick-off of the fall season at Peace. It is a day for the church to reunite after a summer of vacations, sporting events and other summertime activities. Our excitement for the events that will take place during the upcoming seasons at Peace increases as we connect with each other through laughter, fun and food. Rally Day is September 23. Plan now to join in this fall celebration!

OUR HEARTFELT THANK YOU As we clean up after each event here at Peace, it is hard to find the time to put everything away and the space to store props, costumes, and supplies used. Over the months we create quite a hodge podge of items in the counters’ room in

the balcony as well as the room beside the sacristy. We give our heartfelt thanks to Raberta Slutz a n d M a r y L o u Loutzenhiser for giving

their time and energy to clean and organize these two rooms making them much more useable and attractive. This will help when we prepare for our next event and when we clean up after it. Thank you Bertie and Mary Lou.
