Confirmed guests who do not cancel by this deadline and do not show up will be assessed a cancellation fee. Cancellation charges are $100 per person. Onboard Credits (OBCs) cannot be used to pay for cancellation fees. If you don’t pre-book the AzAmazing event online but decide to paricipate once onboard, you may sign up until the morning of the event, space permitting. PRE- & POST-HOTEL STAYS: 10% For the convenience of our guests, Azamara Club Cruises offers pre- and post-hotel programs that allow your clients to extend their vacation easily. These packages include hotel accommodations, breakfast, porterage and transfers. CRUISECARE ® TRAVEL INSURANCE PROGRAM: 10% Our CruiseCare program protects your clients’ investment in sea, land, and air travel in case of cancellations or interruptions, and provides coverage for medical expenses and emergency medical evacuation in the event of injury or illness. VISA PACKAGES: 5% Specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees vary depending on country. Azamara Club Cruises is pleased to offer Visa Packages that make obtaining a visa quick and easy. LAND DISCOVERIES ® (SHORE EXCURSIONS): 10% Earn 10% commission on your clients’ groups Land Discoveries when you book through our Groups Shore Excursion team. Ten (10) percent commission applies to all groups with a valid group ID# (minimum of 16 guests). The commission is available on Land Discoveries and guest counts guaranteed 30 days prior to sailing and excursions must be prepaid and made through the Azamara Club Cruises Shore Excursion department. The commission will be recorded as a miscellaneous credit to the group accounting prior to sailing. In the event a shore excursion is cancelled due to weather or an itinerary change, a full refund will be processed to the group account shoreside and the commission with be protected. This commission is not applicable to full ship charters. Offer does not apply to onboard Land Discoveries bookings.
