FUNCTIONS

PLANNING ORGANIZING STAFFING LEADING MOTIVATING CONTROLLING

o PLANNING

Is to devise a program of action to be matealized.

o ORGANIZING

Is a way of following systematic plan of action.

o STAFFING

Is assigning people to work for the organized plan of action.

o LEADING

Is the act of guiding or directing the personnel or staff to pursue the action towards the right direction.

o MOTIVATING

Is increasing the sense of need or desire of the personnel to pursue the planned action.

o CONTROLLING

Is to govern or manage the activity of the personnel in running the plan of action.

Finance and Resources

Raises funds for the expenses of all the committees and prepares statements of accounts at the end of the meet.

Program and Invitation

In charge of preparing program of activities and invitations and sending them all in due time.

Peace and Order

Provides and maintains round-the-clock general order and security in all the venues.

Physical Facilities

Prepares the necessary facilities and venues needed in the sports events.

Equipment

Makes sure that all equipment for the sports events are available and distributed before the competitions.

Prizes and Awards

Prepares medal, trophies , plaques , certificates , ETC. and awards the same to the winners.

Technical Committee

Investigates and decides all protests , appeals or violations regarding the conduct of the games.
