ResponseNow Anywhere
How It Works
❯ Provides help at the push of button anywhere in the US (as long as cellular service is available)
❯ The ResponseNow device uses T-Mobile’s network in the U.S. and Puerto Rico• Covers ~ 95% of US population.• The customer does not need an additional cell phone, phone line, router or any other
device.
❯ When button is pressed and held down for approximately three seconds, it will dial into our monitoring center• Highly trained, US based ResponseNow operators will answer and triage the calls.
❯ The ResponseNow device contains a microphone and speaker, as well as 911 location technology so we can speak to the customer and get them help, anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico
How It Works❯ Two-way conversation and
assessment immediately begins❯ Operator concludes assessment – no
judgment calls❯ Responders are dispatched as
needed• Discuss alternatives.
❯ We stay connected when we dispatch EMS• Very comforting for end-user.• Notify of transport – if that can be determined.
❯ Lock box information is given (at time of dispatch)
❯ Call list – can customize• Dispatch or call responder first
How It Works
❯ Customer pushes the “help button”• LEDs light up, first to purple and then,
two seconds later, to blue. • You will then hear the device dialing
our monitoring center.
❯ Operator states - “Betty, this is RN, do you have an emergency?”
How It Works
❯ It’s small and light weight❯ Easy to hear - its right there at
the finger tips of the customer, not in another room
❯ Long lasting battery – lasts up to two months on a single charge
❯ Our servers test the Anywhere device every day and will send emails or text reminders when it’s time to recharge• We will call them too. • Average recharge time ~ 3 hours.
What Customers Like❯ Get help Anywhere
• ResponseNow Anywhere is a self-contained system with two-way voice communication built in.
• Go anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico where there is T-Mobile cellular coverage and get help if the customer needs it. If the customer ever needs to be located in an emergency, 911 operators can utilize U-TDOA location technology (911 Locate Technology) to help find the customer.
• 5 million people call 911 from cell phones each month. We use the same technology 911 uses to locate these callers.
❯ Traditional alert systems offer protection only in the home, with a base station
What Customers Like
❯ Simple • One button press to talk with
ResponseNow operator anytime. ResponseNow operators will send emergency personnel or loved ones to the customer’s location, depending on what is needed.
• No on/off button or flashing confusing lights.
❯ Small, lightweight and shower-safe• ResponseNow Anywhere device weighs
less than half as much as competitor devices. It can be used in the shower (though not designed for submersion).
What Customers Will Like
❯ Very long battery life• The rechargeable battery lasts up to 2 months per charge.
Other mobile personal emergency response systems available have a battery life of approximately 2 days.
• Customer and/or caregiver will receive email or text message reminders to recharge.
❯ The ResponseNow Anywhere device is lightweight, wearable and an affordable way for our customers to stay independent

Using & Testing ResponseNow Anywhere
❯ Press & hold button until light turns on• Light will start out purple• Light will change to blue: unit is dialing ResponseNow• When call is answered, our operator will ask if the customer has an
emergency• If testing, tell the operator that it’s just a test.
❯ If light does not turn blue after 30 seconds, press the button again• Light will turn red
• (means the device is not in the T-Mobile area)
