Construction of master drainage facilities in existing Line D and D1 channels
Improved Crossings on Jefferson and Madison to allow 100-year flows to safely cross underneath and keep these major access routes open
1,970 LF of 108-inch cast-in-place storm drain pipe 895 LF of double 7’ x 14’ reinforced concrete box 925 LF of 36” reinforced concrete pipe 18,470 SF of concrete and sheet pile retaining walls 105,000 CY of grading Regulatory permits from CDFG, Regional Board, Army Corps 1 acre and 1,597 LF of onsite mitigation Purchase of 1.47 Parcel for mitigation Purchase of 2 acres of offsite mitigation Retrofit existing catch basins on Jefferson with water quality
