    Training refers to the process of impartingspecific & required skills in the student .

    Every organization gives more stress ontraining program of newly selectedcandidates and existing employees.

    defines training as the organized procedureby which people learn knowledge and/or skillfor a definite purpose.

    To study the required skill in entry level joband implementation of training for the MBAgraduates .

    To study need assessment process of trainingon MBA fresher .

    To prepare an effective training module thatwould bridge the Gap between current skilland required skill

    Limitations of study:-

    Research study is limited to Amravatiuniversity only in Amravati city only.

    Research study refers only need assessmentand effect of training regarding effective.

    A study of this subject is limited to academicpurpose only.

    Findings

    Majority of respondents are sometimessatisfied with current training .

    Most of the student attended AMCAT testand aptitude test,GD & PI of 3 company.

    Current training did not help them inimproving performance.

    Training helped in team work .

    Suggestions:-

    The institute can carry regular training programmesfor all student it can helpful not only to theemployees but to the organization also.

    It is suggested that student should perceive therequired skill needed for current available jobs.

    There should arrangement of addition of newtraining program according to the new requirementbecause most of the student are unhappy with the

    current training . The training institute should provide on the job

    training because it will give the current & practicalknowledge to MBA fresher
