• President’s Council member or above, Senior Executive Unit Leader (must be President’s Club) or:
• Top 5 in each Region and in the Nation in Sales Volume,
Sales Increase, Sales Leadership Total Unit Sales Volume
and Sales Leadership Total Unit Sales Increase.
• All participants must be active Avon Representatives
in order to attend the trip. Accounts must be in good
standing at least four weeks prior to the trip in order to
attend the trip or to receive Points if the Representative
is electing not to attend the trip.
• Regardless of the number of awards received,
only one trip per Representative and one free guest
may be earned.
• Representatives who qualify may be multiple-category
winners (for example, #1 in Sales Volume and #2 in
Sales Increase) and will receive awards for each
category earned.
• Representatives in 1900 Districts may attend the
Celebration or receive Points if they do not attend.
These Representatives will compete amongst themselves
for #1 in Volume and Increase.
• The trip is personal to the Avon Representative who
earns it and is non-transferable to anyone other than
a co-applicant registered on the account prior
to the end of the cycle.
• Each guest must be 18 or older and accompanied
by the Avon Representative who earns the trip and
who extends the invitation.
• A District Sales Manager or Island Consultant cannot
attend as a Representative’s guest.
• Recognition for Sales Leadership is based first on
Title and then on Total Unit Sales.
• Only one trip per account is awarded. Only one
set of Points is awarded for non-attendance.
• Avon will schedule all airline reservations for trip
recipients and free guests. There are no reimbursements
for reservations made by trip recipient on her/his own.
• Winner shares accommodations with her/his free
or buy-in guest, or with another top achiever
if she/he does not bring a guest.
• Representatives and guests are responsible for costs and
incidentals, including gratuities, telephone calls, meals,
transportation and activities not provided by Avon.
• Avon is not responsible to provide refunds if a Representative
or buy-in guest is not satisfied with the trip or
accommodations.
• Avon reserves the right to change the terms of or cancel
the trip in the event of a natural disaster, political strife or
an act of God.
• Avon is required by law to file an information form
(1099) with the IRS when the value of prizes, travel,
awards, bonuses, etc., including President’s Recognition
Program awards, totals $600 or more in a year. These
amounts are income for tax purposes, and any taxes due
are the responsibility of the Representative. Points
awarded will only be reported when they are redeemed.

- Representatives who have achieved President’s Club,
Honor Society, Rose Circle or David H. McConnell Club
at the close of the 2012–2013 cycle are eligible for this
achievement.
- Increase is calculated by comparing prior-year sales to
current-year sales for each campaign. For example,
if a Representative is appointed in C-20 2011,
the increase comparison would begin in C-20 2012.
- Ties will be broken by highest sales volume.
- There is no buy-in opportunity or free guest
with this achievement.
- Winner will share accommodations with another
Representative who achieved in this manner.
- Regardless of the number of awards/achievements

To be eligible for Sales Increase Rewards, you must:
• Be an established Representative (one or more years with Avon).
• Have an increase in total Award Sales over the previous cycle’s Award Sales.
• Achieve $9,000–$111,999 in Award Sales by the end of the cycle.
• If your prior cycle sales were less than $9,000, you must achieve a sales base of $9,000 in the current cycle (C-8 2012 – C-7 2013)
to qualify for Rewards.
• President’s Points for Sales Increase are awarded at the end of the cycle, after C-7 2013.
• Sales Increase Rewards are not cumulative.
Expiration of President’s Points: Depending on your level, President’s Points earned from C-8 2012 – C-7 2013
will expire one, two or three years after the close of the cycle.
• Non-President’s Club members: 6/30/14
• President’s Club members: 6/30/15
• Honor Society and above: 6/30/16
• Spending Account Points carry no expiration date.
• Only Spending Account Points can be converted to cash or applied to Avon Account. • Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the Points/Rewards program at any time.
AWARDS & RECOGNITION/PRESIDENT’S RECOGNITION GALA EVENT PGS. 8–15 • You must be a President’s Club member, or above, in good standing to attend the President’s Recognition Program
Gala Event and receive an award. Sales Leadership must be AUL and above and must have achieved
President’s Club Level to attend.
• Sales Increase Awards are calculated based upon Representative’s increase over prior-year sales. If appointed in
C-20 2011, increase calculations begin in C-20 2012. Sales are compared each campaign beginning in C-20 2012
and through the end of the cycle, C-7 2013. Sales in the cycle prior to C-20 are not included in the increase
calculation as there is no base comparison.
• Representatives must be President’s Club members and have at least one year of sales history to be eligible for a
Sales Increase Award at any level.
• Sales Leadership Representatives must be President’s Club members or above and Advanced Unit Leaders or
above to attend and be recognized. All personal Award Sales will count toward Total Unit Sales.
• Award Sales include all products purchased for resale to Customers and credited at Customer price, including
Avon Apparel and Accessories, plus Representative purchases of brochures, demonstration products, samples
and sales tools.
• Crusade items will count toward PRP sales level achievement (not toward sales leadership bonuses).
• Winners of Area Awards are not guaranteed attendance at the President’s Recognition Program Celebration.
• Representatives who qualify in more than one category will receive an award for each achievement earned.
• LABC Accounts will not participate in District and Division recognition for #1, #2 and #3 Sales Volume Awards,
#1, #2 and #3 Sales Increase Awards and Best New Sales Performer Award. The Home Account ONLY will be
able to compete for these awards. However, to determine the Jewelry and Gift Level to be awarded at Gala Events
and for recognition at PRPC, LABC and Home Accounts will be combined and the combined sales level will
determine the Sales Achievement Level, which will be designated on the Home Account.
• Representatives in 1900 Districts are eligible for all level privileges but will not attend President’s Recognition Program
Gala Event or participate in District, Division, Area or National awards. Representatives in 1900 Districts will participate
in recognition among other 1900 Representatives at PRPC.
• Recognition level gifts are cumulative for Sales Achievement levels. Recognition level gifts for AUL, EUL and SEUL
are for highest title at close of cycle only and do not accumulate. Representative may receive a gift for sales
achievement level and for highest Leadership title achievement.
• In the event you are removed or cease to function as an Avon Representative, you will have 30 days in which
to redeem Points remaining in your account, provided your account is paid in full.
• Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms of this program and any recognition requirement
at any time.
• Avon will conduct Award Sales reviews and reduce unearned Award Sales to ensure the integrity of the program.
